Writing Test Cases is difficult when you use Agile? Let's have some approach!!

How many we are facing difficulties when you are joining company or after changing job.  There are new people, Environment, Culture etc..
Now a days we are following Agile(Scrum) so there will be always frequent requirement change.  Of Course you will have sprint & sprint plan.
Since you have less time to achieve your goal(sprint) you have to work harder and smarter to get it deliver. 

There are few points i follow when i am writing the test cases:

• Always try to discuss in your team including development team
• Be a part of all the requirement discussion (I know it will be one line statement) and keep a note of all the single line requirement and make Test Scenario.
• According to your understanding you try to refer some reference software or similar applications (If it is there then fine else prepare your understanding test scenario and write).
• Always prepare the requirement understanding document and share with everyone for better understanding. Because it's very much important to be in same page (in terms of understanding).
• Make sure that all your understanding you have proposed in your requirement understanding document.
• Based on your test scenario, start preparing the test cases. Make sure that you are preparing the test cases with category like Functional, UI, Positive, Negative test cases.
• After preparing test cases, better to have a peer review among your team or review with your respective leads.
